About the Role

The Restaurant Assistant Manager (RAM) plays a vital role in supporting the Restaurant General Manager in developing a team of dedicated people. You will learn, manage, and teach restaurant systems effectively to achieve operational and financial goals. Your day-to-day involves training and coaching the team to ensure outstanding service, utilizing GPS Hospitality Systems to run a great restaurant every shift, and implementing strict controls over cash and inventory. You will set and meet goals for service, operations, and financial results while maintaining a clean, safe, and compliant working environment. This role is dynamic, requiring you to work all shifts as needed, solve problems on the fly, and set an example of excellence in restaurant operations. Your performance, both operationally and financially, directly influences your bonus.
