As a Building Maintenance Technician, you will serve as a vital 24/7/365 operational support resource for our facilities. This role is essential, carrying first responder duties during natural disasters or emergency situations. You will be the first line of defense for maintaining the integrity of HVAC, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire, life, and safety systems.
Your day will involve performing routine preventative maintenance, conducting equipment rounds, and executing service requests via our Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS). You will become proficient in operating building automation and SCADA systems while responding to customer inquiries with professionalism. Whether handling emergency repairs, supporting vendors, or managing incidents like power outages and environmental spills, your work ensures a safe and functional environment for our clients.
Candidates must be able to pass a criminal background check and drug test. We provide uniforms, all necessary tools, and comprehensive on-the-job training to help you succeed. Please note that relocation assistance is not provided for this position.
