Key Responsibilities

- check_circleMaintain inventory levels of maintenance equipment and supplies
- check_circleManage maintenance programs and schedule third-party inspections for building infrastructure
- check_circleConduct daily property inspections and report needed repairs
- check_circleCoordinate and monitor vendor or contractor progress
- check_circleRespond to after-hours and weekend maintenance emergencies
- check_circlePrepare purchase orders for projects as needed
- check_circleSchedule and complete work orders for general maintenance and repairs
- check_circleComplete all required paperwork daily
Requirements
- verifiedMinimum three years of general maintenance experience
- verifiedHVAC certification preferred
