About the Role

This position serves as a Service Supervisor for a Lease-Up community, overseeing and performing technical and mechanical work to ensure the inside and external buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas meet the Company's standards for cleanliness, appearance, safety, and overall functionality. The role is pivotal in preparing vacant apartment homes for leasing and new move-ins, managing the "make-ready" process, and establishing standards for the community's overall appearance. As a key member of the team, you will act as the first point of contact for internal team members and external visitors, ensuring high-quality service delivery while maintaining safety compliance and budgetary guidelines.
