The Haven at Lake Deer is seeking a Maintenance Technician to leverage their experience and attention to detail in maintaining our property. This role is designed for individuals looking to make a career change or take on a new challenge within a supportive, team-oriented environment.
As a key member of the team, you will ensure the property runs smoothly by handling work orders, performing preventative maintenance, and managing make-readies. Your day will involve maintaining property grounds and common areas, keeping the shop and work areas clean and organized, and providing necessary parts and material lists. You will also assist the team with emergency calls and interact professionally with residents, staff, and vendors.
