About the Role
As a Building Engineer in Last Vegas, NV, you will be a vital part of our growing team, working side-by-side with firm leadership to serve clients and build the business. In this role, you will have a direct impact on the firm's success by ensuring the operational excellence of our healthcare facilities. You will serve as the primary day-to-day contact for tenants, creating relationships and maintaining open communication to ensure optimal occupant comfort. Your work will involve coordinating on-site construction activities, managing vendor relationships, and maintaining compliance with all governmental regulations. Key Responsibilities
- check_circleCoordinate and oversee outsourced vendor work including scope review and scheduling
- check_circleServe as primary contact for tenants and respond to service requests in a timely fashion

- check_circleCoordinate and monitor on-site construction activities and assist contractors with engineering tasks
- check_circleAssist Property Manager in the budget process and securing bids for services
- check_circleInterface with the leasing team and prospective tenants as needed
- check_circleOperate, inspect, maintain, and repair mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and life safety systems
