About the Role

As a Branch Recruiter based in West Columbia, South Carolina, you will serve as a strategic partner to clients, defining objectives and hiring needs for temporary, temporary-to-hire, and direct-hire job orders. You will act as a subject matter expert on market trends, target industries, and roles, building and maintaining a comprehensive candidate pipeline that addresses specific client needs. Your day-to-day involves anticipating local talent market shifts, implementing workforce planning strategies, and developing engagement programs to strengthen Adecco's footprint in the community. You will coordinate with hiring managers to understand specialized needs, conduct structured interviews, and coach candidates on resumes and interview preparation. Additionally, you will champion the team's vision by fostering long-term relationships with associates, ensuring their retention and satisfaction, and acting as an escalation point of contact for the branch.
