About the Role
As a Branch Manager for our Aventura office, you will operate the branch location while maintaining personal production. This role is designed for an experienced leader who is ready to manage employees and daily branch activities. You will be responsible for consistently developing your team to increase production by fostering the use of marketing tools, providing training on sales techniques, and holding staff accountable for their goals.
Your day-to-day involves ensuring all origination activities are conducted compliantly with zero tolerance for fraud, adhering strictly to federal and state laws. You will monitor all branch activities, ensure QMG policies are followed, and participate in monthly management and sales meetings. A key part of your success will be exploring new ways to market and prospect for potential clients and referral partners to improve brand recognition in the market.
