This is a career with purpose, built on making dreams come true. As a New Home Consultant, you will guide homebuyers through the entire purchasing process, from initial engagement to closing. You will serve as the primary point of contact, establishing relationships and determining home buying needs using Lennar's proven selling philosophy. Your day-to-day involves generating and closing sales through self-generated or referred leads, leveraging the 10-5-2-1 selling approach, and ensuring a seamless experience for every buyer.
Beyond sales, you will maintain the condition of Welcome Home Centers, model homes, and inventory properties, communicating maintenance needs to ensure timely resolution. You will travel throughout the local community to generate leads from Realtors, co-brokers, and referrals, while developing an in-depth knowledge of the competitive market, product offerings, and sales trends. Success in this role requires proactive sales techniques, strong customer relationship management, and the ability to collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth transactions and exceptional customer satisfaction.
