About the Role
This is a career with purpose, built on making dreams come true. As a New Home Consultant, you will guide homebuyers through the entire purchasing process, from initial engagement to closing. You will serve as the primary point of contact, ensuring a seamless experience by leveraging proactive sales techniques and a deep understanding of the housing market. Your work directly contributes to our commitment to building zero-defect homes while adhering to strict cost management and schedules.
In this role, you will establish relationships with visitors to determine their home-buying needs using Lennar's selling philosophy. You will generate, process, and close sales through self-generated or referred leads, utilizing the 10-5-2-1 selling approach. Beyond the sales floor, you will maintain the condition of Welcome Home Centers and model homes, travel throughout the local community to connect with Realtors and brokers, and collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth transactions and exceptional customer satisfaction.

Requirements
