About the Role
As a New Home Sales Associate, you will serve as the primary point of contact for sophisticated homebuyers, guiding them from initial interest through the closing process. This role is designed for those who excel at building long-term relationships and positively influencing buyer decision-making by clearly communicating value. You will conduct model tours, assess client needs, and maintain consistent rapport with homeowners by managing construction updates and resolving concerns. The position includes on-the-job training in sales techniques and specialized industry software to ensure you have the tools necessary to succeed.
