About the Role

Turn your internet skills into a rewarding career in homebuilding! As an Online Sales Consultant, you will serve as the critical first point of contact for prospective homebuyers, transforming inquiries into appointments and helping families take their first steps toward homeownership. You will guide potential buyers through preliminary product identification, ultimately connecting them with our community sales representatives.

This role is perfect for a tech-savvy communicator with persuasive skills and a customer-first mindset. You will leverage your digital communication talents to match buyers with suitable home options based on their needs, wants, and timelines. By responding promptly to leads from phone calls, emails, social media, and live chat, you will build relationships with real estate brokers and support community sales representatives during special events and grand openings.
