As a Neighborhood Sales Manager, your day is defined by dynamic tasks designed to achieve and surpass sales objectives. You will guide prospective homebuyers through the entire sales journey, cultivating strong relationships while adhering to established sales and homebuyer experience processes. Success in this role requires close collaboration with the Neighborhood Construction Manager and New Home Consultants to ensure a seamless team effort.
You will stay ahead of the curve by regularly conducting market research to remain informed on trends and competitors. A key part of your daily routine involves ensuring all point-of-sale and marketing materials are accurate, up-to-date, and compelling. You will maintain precise records of all sales activities—including leads, follow-ups, and closed deals—within our CRM software.
Delivering outstanding customer service is a top priority. You will promptly address any concerns or issues that arise, ensuring every customer receives the exceptional home-buying experience they deserve. Additionally, you will act as a champion for First Heritage Mortgage, advocating for it as the lender of choice for every client you serve.
