This role is pivotal in bridging clinical excellence with operational efficiency, overseeing all day-to-day activities to support the branch's mission of helping patients rehabilitate, recover, and regain their independence.

As a leader within the CenterWell Home Health team, you will supervise clinical and branch staff, fostering a cohesive environment where quality of care and patient satisfaction are paramount. You will partner with Area Directors, Sales Directors, and Account Managers to align branch operations with broader revenue goals and marketing initiatives. Your day-to-day impact involves continuous quality improvement, managing fiscal viability, and ensuring a safe, productive workplace that adheres to all federal, state, and local laws.
