About the Role
The RN Branch Director is the operational and clinical leader for our North Indianapolis branch. In this role, you will manage day-to-day operations to ensure operational efficiencies, regulatory compliance, and the highest quality of patient care. You will serve as the bridge between clinical excellence and business growth, supervising branch and clinical staff while driving fiscal viability and long-range planning.
Your day will involve partnering with Area Directors and Sales teams to meet admission goals, overseeing continuous quality improvement initiatives, and ensuring a safe, productive work environment. You will provide direct supervision to Clinical Managers, fostering a cohesive team culture that supports both staff development and patient satisfaction. This position is pivotal in maintaining our commitment to whole-person wellness and ensuring our branch meets all federal, state, and local certification standards.

Requirements
