Reporting to the Branch Director, you will oversee clinical operations for the Lillington, NC branch location. This role is designed for a Registered Nurse with a passion for home-based care to ensure that patient needs are met with the highest standards of quality and compliance. You will serve as a key liaison between physicians, team members, and caregivers to support seamless care coordination and discharge planning.
In this position, you will not only manage staff and documentation but also provide direct patient care on a limited basis in exceptional or unplanned circumstances. You will act as the Branch Director in their absence, ensuring continuity of care and operational excellence. The role involves a blend of office-based management and on-site clinical leadership, with a rotating on-call expectation to support the team and patients around the clock.
This role is part of Humana's Tuberculosis (TB) screening program and driver safety program. If selected for this role, you will be required to be screened for TB and must maintain a valid state driver's license and personal vehicle liability insurance in accordance with state minimum required limits.
