The Branch Director serves as the operational leader for a specific branch, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care while maintaining strict regulatory compliance and driving business growth. As the Branch Director, you will partner with Area Directors and Sales teams to establish revenue goals and meet admission targets. Your day-to-day involves overseeing the recruitment and development of staff, ensuring a safe working environment, and leading continuous quality improvement initiatives. You will analyze patient satisfaction data, coordinate with referral sources, and ensure that all services align with federal, state, and local laws. This position is designed for a strategic thinker who is passionate about improving patient outcomes and operational efficiency within a home health setting.

Requirements
- verifiedCurrent and unrestricted Registered Nurse licensure (in the state of practice)
