Key Responsibilities
- check_circleOversee clinical operations including patient care delivery, staff management, and regulatory compliance
- check_circleReview referrals, determine admission appropriateness, and assign clinicians to meet patient needs
- check_circleEnsure clinical documentation, audits, and billing meet Medicare, payer, and company standards
- check_circleParticipate in hiring, training, performance evaluation, coaching, and corrective action for staff
- check_circleConduct ongoing staff education based on documentation review and performance improvement data
- check_circleCoordinate communication among physicians, team members, and caregivers for care coordination
- check_circleProvide direct patient care in exceptional circumstances and act as Branch Director in their absence
- check_circleParticipate in quality improvement, data tracking, budgeting, and community relationship development
- check_circleGuide, support, and educate clinicians on goal-setting, care planning, and clinical decision-making
Requirements
- verifiedCurrent state license as a Registered Nurse
- verifiedProof of current CPR
- verifiedValid driver's license, auto insurance and reliable transportation
- verifiedTwo years as a Registered Nurse with at least one-year of management experience in a home care, hospice or equivalent environment
