The Branch Coordinator serves as a central point of communication between customers, sales, production, and accounting. This role is essential for ensuring smooth order processing and delivery while providing exceptional customer support. You will act as the key liaison for order status, delivery timing, and issue resolution, maintaining accurate tracking and compliance throughout the daily operational lifecycle.
In this position, you will manage the flow of information and logistics from quotes to final delivery. You will coordinate closely with production, upfit, and assembly teams to ensure job readiness and on-time completion. Your day-to-day involves overseeing shipment activities, tracking inventory accuracy, and ensuring all documentation is complete and properly distributed. By supporting onboarding and safety compliance, you help maintain a safe and efficient yard and shop environment.
