About the Role
As a Facility Manager/Project Manager based in Belcamp, MD, you will serve as the primary point of contact for facility operations across a multi-state footprint, including Maryland, Idaho, Florida, Tennessee, Virginia, Washington, Alaska, Pennsylvania, and California. This role is designed to bridge the gap between strategic project planning and on-the-ground execution.
In this position, you will lead the development and implementation of departmental or cross-functional initiatives, overseeing the estimation of task orders and the creation of detailed project plans. Your day-to-day involves supervising the execution of Statements of Work, managing timelines for deliverables, and coordinating resources to ensure high-quality performance. You will drive customer satisfaction through periodic reviews, status briefings, and robust communication strategies involving scheduled meetings, emails, and calls. While the role involves directing and evaluating contract and subcontract personnel, it operates without direct supervisory responsibilities over internal staff.
