About the Role
We are seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our Futures Center in Plymouth, MA. This role exists to support our mission-driven team in helping children and families reach their fullest potential. You will work in a dynamic environment where no two days are the same, collaborating with staff and the individuals we serve to observe, analyze, and document behavior challenges.
In this position, you will conduct functional behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans to help each individual improve. Your work will involve using training and creativity to solve challenging problems in home settings, workplaces, and the community. You will also train team members to ensure the effective implementation of behavioral plans. The center operates Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM with flexible start times, offering both preschool and after-school programs.
