Children with autism and their families deserve consistent, high-quality support. At Horizon Blue, we've built a structure that makes this possible by prioritizing clinical decisions driven by each child's needs rather than external pressures.
We offer a sustainable model with caseloads of 8 to 10 families and hours between 15 and 25 per week. Our approach ensures billables reflect the actual work and the growth of the families we serve.
Remote work at Horizon Blue requires a higher level of communication. Parents who never meet you in person need to trust that someone is watching their child's progress closely, adjusting when things aren't working, and reaching out proactively. The BCBAs who thrive here treat parent relationships as a core part of clinical work, not a task on the side.
We support our team through weekly collaboration, clinical mentorship, and involvement in RBT placements. As a growing team, we are honest that the opportunity here scales with the work. BCBAs who show up consistently for their families help build something that works for everyone, including themselves.
If that's the kind of work you're looking for, we'd like to hear from you.
