Master Faster Inc is a growing Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) agency dedicated to advancing the lives of children on the Autism Spectrum. We are seeking dedicated Behavior Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavioral Technicians (RBTs) to join our collaborative team in home and community-based settings.
In this role, you will work alongside Board-Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and Licensed Behavior Analysts (LBAs) to implement therapeutic treatment plans. Your work will directly contribute to a child's growth in daily living, social, communication, and learning skills, while helping to decrease problematic behaviors. We are actively hiring English-speaking and bilingual (Spanish and English) Behavior Technicians, including both female and male candidates. We value professionals with a High School Diploma or equivalent, experience working with preschool and elementary school children, and a background in Special Needs or ABA.
This is a part-time position offering a flexible schedule of approximately 12-25 hours per week. The preferred hours include weekday afternoons and evenings (e.g., 3 PM–7 PM) and weekends from 10 AM–2 PM. The primary work location is within the client's home in the Bronx, NY (10452) and surrounding areas.
