This center-based position serves children with an average age range of 2-7 years, focusing on early intervention, social development, and school readiness. You will work in a collaborative clinical environment that prioritizes center-based ABA, natural environment learning, and play-based activities. As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you will work one-on-one with children to directly implement ABA treatment plans designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs). Your work will help children acquire new skills and improve communication, social interactions, problem-solving, and adaptive living skills.
We are looking for a BT/RBT who prefers center-based work over in-home settings and enjoys working with early learners. This role is ideal for someone with high energy and a playful personality who is interested in long-term growth within the organization. We offer a supportive environment with strong clinical, administrative, and leadership support, including mentorship for those in an MA program.
Ascend provides on-the-job training to become certified as a Registered Behavior Technician! The 40-hour online course, RBT Competency Assessment, and RBT exam can all be completed in six weeks or less. Ascend will cover the costs of the course and provide a raise once you receive your new certification.

Experience with other language fluency. College degree or some college experience in Psychology, Early Childhood Development, Special Education, or related majors.
