About the Role
The Case Supervisor & Corporate Trainer serves as a vital bridge between clinical direction and frontline service delivery. Working under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and Human Resources, this role ensures the effective implementation of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) treatment plans for children and adults with developmental disabilities. The position is dual-faceted: it involves direct clinical supervision of Behavior Technicians (BTs/RBTs) while also driving organizational growth through the design and delivery of comprehensive training programs.
In this capacity, you will establish realistic growth timelines for clients across diverse domains, including behavior management, communication, social skills, and vocational training. Beyond individual client care, you will play a key role in shaping the team's capabilities by assessing training needs, conceptualizing materials based on data, and onboarding new employees. This role requires a proactive approach to solving complex clinical and operational challenges, ensuring that services are delivered efficiently, effectively, and in full compliance with regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

- check_circleDesign and supervise individual ABA treatment programs in natural settings
- check_circleLead treatment plan review meetings with families and provide parent coaching
- check_circleManage direct report performance and implement development or corrective action plans
- check_circleTrain and onboard new employees and assess training needs based on data
- check_circleConduct initial assessments and generate progress reports every six months
- check_circleProvide recommendations for hiring, firing, and promotion of employees
- check_circleMaintain accurate, HIPAA-compliant documentation of billable tasks and client files
Requirements
- verifiedMA/MS in Special Education, ABA or related field
