Thrive Behavior Centers is a locally owned company dedicated to providing personalized, center-based ABA therapy to children with autism. Our mission is to create fun, inclusive environments where first-class clinical staff can positively impact their clients' lives. We believe in respecting the important work our team does every day and value the unique contributions of every member. Our leadership is committed to giving our team the support and tools they need to thrive.
At Thrive, we foster a culture where the community feels like family. Our team members consistently highlight our supportive environment, noting that everyone is a team player willing to help. We strive to provide quality, ethically sound ABA therapy while ensuring that both our clients and our staff feel valued and cared for.
As a Clinical Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in guiding the clinical direction of our center. You will develop personalized treatment plans for early learners, analyzing client needs using Applied Behavior Analysis science to set measurable goals. Your day will involve designing skill acquisition goals and Behavior Intervention Plans tailored to each client's core deficits, while ensuring they remain in the least restrictive learning environment possible.
Beyond direct clinical work, you will supervise Behavior Technicians and interns, assessing their competency and ensuring intervention effectiveness. You will also serve as a key resource for families, providing parent training, education, and support to address concerns with evidence-based information. This role offers a realistic caseload and administrative support, allowing you to focus on clinical excellence and professional growth while maintaining a healthy work-life balance through our school schedule and flexible options.
