Thrive Behavior Centers is a locally owned company dedicated to providing personalized, center-based ABA therapy to children with autism. Our mission is to create fun, inclusive environments where first-class clinical staff can positively impact their clients' lives. We believe in respecting the important work our team does every day and value the unique contributions of every member. Our leadership is committed to giving our team the support and tools they need to thrive.
At Thrive, we foster a culture where the community feels like family. Our team members consistently highlight our supportive group culture, where everyone is a team player willing to help. We strive to provide quality, ethically sound ABA therapy while ensuring that both our clients and employees feel cared for. Whether through our core values or our daily interactions, we aim to make a difference in the lives of those we serve.
As a BCBA Clinical Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the clinical outcomes for our early learners. This position exists to ensure that every child receives personalized treatment plans that are both measurable and effective. You will utilize Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) science to analyze client needs, incorporating medical necessity, parental input, and behavior assessments to set meaningful goals.
Your day will involve a blend of clinical oversight and direct collaboration. You will supervise Behavior Technicians and interns, ensuring they are competent in therapeutic skills and client engagement while adhering to ABA principles. Beyond supervision, you will design skill acquisition goals and Behavior Intervention Plans tailored to core deficits and Autism Spectrum Disorder diagnoses. You will also provide parent training and support, addressing concerns with evidence-based information and offering resources to help families navigate their journey.
We offer a realistic caseload and a school schedule designed to give you a healthy work-life balance. With flexible scheduling and dedicated administrative support for tasks like scheduling, you can focus on what matters most: clinical excellence and client progress. You will work within our Treatment Model, utilizing tools like Central Reach Clinical Management Software to ensure timely program modifications and progress updates.
