About the Role
As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), you will serve as a key leader within our Special Education department, reporting directly to the Executive Director of Special Education. This 12-month certified professional role is designed to provide behavioral strategies and techniques to staff, ensuring that every student receives the support they need to thrive.
In this position, you will oversee the hiring, training, and supervision of District Behavior Specialists while facilitating NCI trainings for required employee groups. Your day-to-day work involves providing on-site consultation for Preschool-12th grade students with behavioral concerns, assisting IEP teams in conducting Functional Behavior Analyses (FBA), and developing Behavioral Intervention Plans (BIP). You will also monitor students in inclusive and special school settings, analyze behavior data to create effective intervention strategies, and consult with parents, staff, and outside agencies to foster a supportive learning environment.
