This professional position serves as the supervisor for all aspects of billing, accounting, and customer service for the Frederick County Division of Water and Sewer Utilities. The role is dedicated to resolving customer billing issues while ensuring that the billing staff acts with integrity and confidence when engaging with the community. Reporting to the Divisional Finance Manager, this position is pivotal in maintaining the financial health and customer trust of the utility division.
