About the Role

As the Controller, you will lead our finance team in delivering accurate financial reporting, effective billing operations, and timely vendor payments. This leadership role is pivotal in strengthening internal controls, supporting organizational growth, and ensuring financial integrity across all agency operations. You will work closely with the Chief Financial Officer and agency leadership to drive strategic financial planning and operational excellence.

In this position, you will foster a collaborative, customer-service focused environment while overseeing financial reporting, reconciliations, and accounting systems. Your work will directly support our leadership, Board of Directors, Finance Committee, Audit Committee, and funding agencies. You will also play a key role in coordinating annual audit activities, preparing IRS Form 990 reporting, and partnering with development staff to prepare grant and proposal budgets.
