As a Billing Analyst II, you will ensure the smooth performance of billing systems while maintaining strict accuracy in revenue reporting. The role is designed for a professional who thrives on resolving complex billing disruptions and implementing controls that guarantee transparency in customer accounts.
You will work within a hybrid framework based in Monterey Park, CA, spending four days in the office to collaborate closely with finance teams and one day remotely. Your day-to-day involves generating and reviewing billing batches, conducting audits to uphold data integrity, and managing the implementation of rate changes, taxes, and regulatory surcharges. Beyond technical execution, you will be responsible for maintaining an internal knowledge base on billing technologies and best practices, ensuring the team stays ahead of evolving standards.
