About the Role
As a Bilingual Billing Analyst at our Corporate Headquarters in Pleasant Prairie, WI, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of Uline's financial programs. This position is specifically designed to support our Mexico locations, ensuring efficient operations across our growing North American footprint.
You will serve as the primary point of contact for the Billing team in Mexico, acting as a bridge to improve systems and streamline operations. Your day-to-day involves collaborating with various departments to align project goals, provide critical updates, and implement process enhancements. By analyzing billing and operational data, you will identify trends, perform root-cause analysis, and deliver clear reports and insights that drive program success.
