About the Role
The Manager, IT Business Partner & Process Transformation - Finance is a pivotal role responsible for leading the hands-on execution of process transformation projects and automating Accounting and Finance processes. You will partner closely with the Director, IT Business Partner & Process Transformation, and key global stakeholders to reengineer processes using a comprehensive range of automation and analytical toolkits.
In this position, you will independently drive IT implementations related to Accounting and Finance, developing and performing advanced Accounting analytics using modern technology applications to ensure accuracy and provide insightful explanations of results. You will serve as a primary expert and lead implementer of process improvement technologies, leveraging tools such as robotic process automation, enterprise resource planning systems, and sophisticated data visualization to optimize workflows and drive efficiency.

Requirements
- verifiedBachelor's Degree in Accounting, Computer Science, or related field
- verified5-6 years of experience in Accounting, IT, and/or process transformation
