The Billing Analyst serves as a critical link in our financial operations, ensuring the accurate preparation and issuance of client billings. This role is dedicated to maintaining the integrity of internal customer contract setups within our firm's software systems, supporting the broader mission of delivering seamless financial services to our clients.
In this position, you will manage the end-to-end billing lifecycle, processing monthly statements and on-demand invoices through the ServiceNow queue. Your work ensures that every invoice is proofed for accuracy before release, while also facilitating necessary adjustments for client, project, or contract changes. You will operate in a deadline-driven environment, balancing multiple projects with a keen attention to detail while collaborating effectively with professionals at all levels of the organization.
