This position supports the Revenue and Billing team, which is currently undergoing a consolidation effort and growing rapidly. The team is on a trajectory to expand to 40 members by the end of 2026. Currently based on the 4th floor, the team is preparing for renovations on the 10th floor expected to be completed by Summer 2026. The role reports directly to the Technical Accounting Director.
As a newly created position, the Billing Analyst will play a crucial role in the day-to-day billing operations, focusing on creating and processing customer invoices and compiling related support documentation. This role is designed to contribute to efforts to improve invoicing efficiency and accuracy across the organization. The position is a contract-to-hire opportunity with conversion schedules in place.
This is a hybrid position based out of Norwalk, CT. The schedule is onsite Monday through Thursday, with remote work available on Fridays from 9 am to 5 pm.
