- check_circleAssist in month-end closing process by preparing journal entries and account reconciliations
- check_circleManage and mentor accounting team staff
- check_circleReconcile subledgers to the general ledger monthly
- check_circleEnsure financial transactions are recorded in compliance with GAAP
- check_circleReview financial statements and assist with audits
- check_circleMaintain accounting ledgers by verifying and posting account transactions
- check_circleAssist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and yearly budgets
- check_circlePrepare local taxes and coordinate quarterly and yearly reports to tax firm
Requirements
- verifiedBachelor's degree in accounting
- verifiedCPA preferred
- verified10+ years of work experience in a similar role
- verifiedSolid knowledge of GAAP
- verifiedInventory management experience
- verifiedExperience with Dynamics 365
- verifiedAdvanced Microsoft Excel (Pivot tables and VLOOKUPs)
Nice to Have
CPA certification. Experience with Dynamics 365.
