This position is designed for a positive, multi-tasking individual who is sales-driven and eager to enhance the member experience. You will serve as an effective source of information for members across the lobby, drive-thru window, and by telephone. Your day will involve providing friendly, professional, and confidential assistance to ensure a positive experience while minimizing wait times.
Beyond processing financial transactions accurately, you will act as a key resource for problem-solving and cross-selling credit union services to help the branch meet its goals. Success in this role requires a strong commitment to service excellence and member-focused solutions that reflect the credit union's core values.
This is a part-time role (23 hours per week) located at our Dupont Rd. branch in Fort Wayne, IN. The position features a rotating two-week schedule:
