Wells Fargo is seeking a Branch Operations Coordinator for our National Branch Network as part of the Consumer Banking and Lending division. In this role, you will support the Branch Manager in operational tasks and scheduling while serving as a key partner in the daily operations of the teller line. You will exercise judgment within defined policies to resolve issues related to daily operations, support customers and employees in resolving concerns, and identify information and services to meet customers' financial needs. This position is critical to maintaining a strong customer relationship balanced with a strong risk-mitigating and compliance-driven culture.
