Bilingual Store Associate (Spanish)

About the Role

This position is essential to the success of our retail stores. Store Associates work closely with wholesale and retail customers to determine their needs, answer questions about Sherwin-Williams products, and recommend the right solutions. The role is designed to ensure maximum client satisfaction by promptly resolving concerns while maintaining the high quality and visual standards of the store. Associates are tasked with achieving excellent customer service while consistently meeting the store's sales goals.

The individual selected for this role will be expected to work at Store #7650 located at 2690 E Jefferson Ave, Detroit, MI 48207. A key requirement for this specific location is that the candidate must speak Spanish.
