About the Role
This position is essential to the success of our retail stores. Store Associates work closely with wholesale and retail customers to determine their needs, answer their questions about Sherwin-Williams products, and recommend the right solutions. The role is designed to ensure maximum client satisfaction by promptly resolving customer concerns while maintaining the high quality and visual standards of the products and store.
Store Associates are tasked with achieving excellent customer service while consistently meeting the store's sales goals. The position involves direct contact with customers, including minors, and access to cash, payment methods, electronic equipment, personal information, and store merchandise. Due to the nature of this access, a review of criminal history is necessary to protect the business, its operations, reputation, and the safety of customers, staff, vendors, contractors, and the general public.
