Metro Dermatology of NY PC is a high-volume dermatology and aesthetics practice serving diverse communities across the Bronx, Flushing, Elmhurst, NY, and Fort Lee, NJ. Our mission is to provide compassionate, efficient patient care in a fast-paced environment.
About the Role
We are seeking bilingual (Spanish and English) receptionists/operators for our newest location in Glen Oaks. This role is designed for individuals who can work quickly and juggle multiple tasks while maintaining a high standard of patient service. You will be the first point of contact for our patients, responsible for greeting them, managing intake, and ensuring the front desk area remains tidy and welcoming.
The position involves a hybrid training and assignment model. Training may take place in Flushing and/or Elmhurst, with a final assignment to the Glen Oaks location upon completion. You will work 34-40 hours per week, Monday through Friday from 8 am to 6 pm, with a requirement to work at least one Saturday per month from 9 am to 1 pm. Overtime is paid for hours exceeding 40 in a given week.

Candidates must be fluent in both Spanish and English and possess prior work experience in a medical office or the medical field. A high school diploma or GED is required. While prior experience with EHR/EMR systems and customer service is preferred, familiarity with Microsoft Office is a plus. Please note that we strongly recommend candidates be fully vaccinated against COVID-19, including the booster if eligible.
