As a Bilingual Project Coordinator, you will manage daily scheduling, team coordination, and job readiness for our residential plumbing projects. This position is designed for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, multi-ethnic environment and can effectively bridge the gap between English and Spanish-speaking stakeholders, including crew members, supervisors, builders, and homeowners.
You will bring a proactive mindset to the team, starting each morning with bilingual briefings to review schedules and answer questions. Your day involves taking ownership of assigned projects, confirming job readiness using the TTC method (Text, Text, Call), and coordinating with field supervisors and inspectors. You will track crew performance, support training, and ensure that all paperwork, plans, and dispatches are ready and available in both languages. This role also requires participating in an on-call rotation to assist with after-hours emergencies, ensuring seamless communication regardless of language barriers.
