Bilingual Multi-Location Customer Service Specialist (Spanish)

About the Role

Customer Service Specialists at Sherwin-Williams work closely with wholesale and retail customers to determine their needs, answer questions about our products, and recommend the right solutions. This role is designed to ensure maximum client satisfaction by promptly resolving concerns while maintaining the high quality and visual standards of the store. Specialists are expected to stay up-to-date with product features and achieve excellent customer service while consistently meeting the store's sales goals.

This is a part-time position based at Store #707572 in Baton Rouge, LA, with work expected within a 25-mile radius of the location. The role involves contact with customers, including minors, and access to cash, payment methods, and store merchandise. Due to the nature of these responsibilities, a review of criminal history is conducted to protect the business, its operations, and the safety of customers and staff.

Hiring Process
