About the Role

Customer Service Specialists at Sherwin-Williams work closely with wholesale and retail customers to determine their needs, answer questions about our products, and recommend the right solutions. This role is designed to ensure maximum client satisfaction by promptly resolving concerns while maintaining the high quality and visual standards of our products and store. Specialists are tasked with achieving excellent customer service while consistently meeting the store's sales goals.

The individual selected for this role will be expected to work at stores within a 15-mile radius of Store #10251 (W Us 2 Hwy, Airway Heights, WA). This position involves contact with customers, including minors, and access to cash, payment methods, electronic equipment, personal information, and store merchandise. Consequently, a review of criminal history is necessary to protect the business, its operations, reputation, and the safety of our customers, staff, and the general public.

Hiring Process

Step 1 – Online Application Find the role(s) that interest you on our Careers page. Set aside 15 minutes to create your profile by entering or importing your details from one of our job board partners.

Step 2 – Digital Interview Upon review of your application, qualified candidates will be invited to complete a digital video interview via HireVue. The interview will consist of a few behavioral-based questions. You'll be able to record and complete your video interview anytime, anywhere. While you can complete this on your own schedule, we ask that this step be completed within 7 days of receiving an invitation.

Step 3 – In-Store Interview Your video interview is reviewed by a member of our Recruitment team, and our top candidates are invited to meet with our team in a store, specialty wholesale branch, floorcovering facility, or delivery service terminal.
