We are seeking a Bilingual Leasing Professional to join our team in Aurora, CO, serving our market-rate portfolio of 4 communities and 236 units. In this essential role, you will connect individuals and families with stable housing while providing best-in-class service to foster a sense of belonging for those who call Hudson Grove home.
You will thrive in a fast-paced environment where you greet and guide prospective residents in both English and Spanish, conduct tours with clarity and warmth, and ensure accurate lease documentation. Beyond the daily tasks, you will contribute to a supportive, respectful community environment, acting as a vital link between our residents and their new homes.
