About the Role
This is a Leasing Agent and Assistant Property Manager position designed for someone who thrives in a dynamic, "do-it-all" environment. You will be the face of our growing portfolio, leasing units, conducting showings (including weekends), and guiding tenants through the entire leasing process.
Beyond leasing, you will support day-to-day property management operations, communicate with tenants, owners, and vendors, and ensure compliance with California tenant laws. You will work closely with the team on new lease-up projects from start to finish. This role is for someone who genuinely cares about the communities they serve and is ready to grow with us.
