This position serves as the operational heartbeat of an assigned property, managing the day-to-day activities, team members, and resources required to achieve established financial and operational goals. The role exists to ensure the property operates in full compliance with Company policies and all governing laws, including Fair Housing, the Americans with Disabilities Act, and the Fair Credit Reporting Act.
In this role, you will act as the primary liaison between residents, owners, and the internal team. Your day involves analyzing financial statements to inform budget development, setting rent rates to meet revenue targets, and overseeing the lease enforcement process from application to renewal. You will drive resident satisfaction by resolving service issues promptly and ensuring the physical property meets high standards for safety and appeal. Additionally, you will supervise staff through hiring and training, manage vendor relationships, and maintain strong communication with property owners regarding performance and updates.
