About the Role

As a Legal Assistant, you will work directly with your assigned attorney and litigation paralegal to support ongoing cases in strict compliance with Texas' Rules of Civil Procedure. This role is vital to our litigation team, ensuring that every case file is meticulously organized and ready for depositions, mediations, and trials. You will serve as a key point of contact for clients, maintaining monthly communication and coordinating logistics such as transportation for appointments. The position requires a bilingual professional fluent in English and Spanish, with Creole proficiency as a plus, to effectively bridge communication gaps with non-English speaking clients and providers.
