Customer Service Specialists at Sherwin-Williams work closely with both wholesale and retail customers to determine their needs, answer questions about our products, and recommend the right solutions. This role is designed to ensure maximum client satisfaction by promptly resolving concerns while staying up-to-date with product features. Specialists are tasked with achieving excellent customer service while consistently meeting the store's sales goals.
The position involves direct contact with customers, including minors, and access to cash, electronic equipment, and merchandise. As such, a review of criminal history is conducted to protect the business, its operations, and the safety of our customers, staff, and the general public.
