As a Wholesale Product Specialist, you will work closely with commercial paint customers to determine their needs, answer their questions about Sherwin-Williams products, and recommend the right solutions. This role is designed to ensure maximum client satisfaction by promptly resolving concerns while maintaining the high quality and visual standards of our products and store.
You will be the face of our brand, building productive trust relationships with wholesale customers through excellent sales service. Whether assisting customers in person or over the phone, you will present appropriate products and services, process transactions accurately, and stay up-to-date with product features to discuss available options. The role requires you to achieve excellent customer service while consistently meeting the store's sales goals.
This position is based at Store #4325, located at 4835 W Hillsborough Ave, Tampa, FL 33614. The role involves contact with customers, including minors, and access to cash, electronic equipment, and items of value. Consequently, a review of criminal history is necessary to protect the business, its operations, reputation, and the safety of our customers, staff, and the general public.
